Ordering & products
How do I know how much I need?
Measure the area you want to cover (width × height for walls, or floor area) and add roughly 10% for cuts and wastage. Each product page lists coverage per pack. If you're unsure, message us your measurements on WhatsApp and we'll work it out with you.
Is there VAT on top of your prices?
No. We're not VAT registered, so there's no VAT to add. The price you see is the price you pay, and your order confirmation shows the same figure.
Can I order a sample first?
For most ranges we can help you see a finish before you commit to a full order. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll let you know what's available.
Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?
We do. If you're fitting out multiple rooms, a rental or a commercial space, get in touch to open a trade account and we'll sort pricing and lead times for larger quantities.
Delivery & collection
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Standard UK delivery is £4.95 (2–4 working days) and Express is £9.95 (1–2 working days). Manchester collection is free. Full details are on our Delivery & returns page.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, choose Manchester Collection at checkout to pick your order up from us for free. We'll message you as soon as it's ready to collect.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. We'll send tracking details by the time your order is dispatched from our Manchester warehouse so you can follow it to your door.
Returns & issues
What's your returns policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days, on top of your statutory 14-day right to cancel online orders. Cut or made-to-measure items can't be returned unless faulty. See our Delivery & returns page for the full policy.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please check your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, incorrect or faulty, message us with your order number and a few photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund straight away.
How long do refunds take?
Once we've received and checked your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.
Installation
Can I fit these myself?
Most of our wall panels and flooring are designed to be DIY-friendly with basic tools. Our Ideas & advice page has guidance to help, and you can always message us if you get stuck.
Do I need underlay or adhesive?
It depends on the product and your subfloor or wall. Each product page notes what's recommended. We stock acoustic XPS underlay for click floors; adhesive and trims aren't part of our range yet, so pick those up alongside. If in doubt, send us a photo of your space and we'll advise.
